Slow down, step onto our working flower farm, and spend a generous, unhurried morning surrounded by seasonal blooms, good food, and the rhythm of country life.
Petals & Pause is a relaxed, hands-on floral workshop held right here at The Olde Creamery. These sessions are about stepping away from the rush of everyday life and enjoying time to create, connect, and simply be — among the flowers as they are, right now.
Together, we’ll wander the flower rows, pick what’s blooming at its best, and turn those seasonal stems into a thoughtfully styled vase arrangement for you to take home or gift. There’s time to learn, time to create, and plenty of space to pause.
Visitors to The Olde Creamery often describe their time here as warm, welcoming, and unhurried — and Petals & Pause is designed to feel exactly that way.

Please note
-
Seasonal means seasonal. Flower varieties will change depending on what’s blooming at the time. Every workshop is different. In some cases, additional foliage or blooms may be sourced from trusted local growers.
-
This is a working commercial farm, not a formal garden. Paths may be uneven and the paddock is always evolving and yes we will have some weeds - but what we do have is memory making, great fun and a relaxing experiance.
-
Closed-in shoes are required. Please dress for farm conditions. Hats and sunscreen are strongly recommended.
-
To protect our plants, all participants must follow our on-farm sanitisation instructions.
-
Dietary requirements must be noted at the time of booking.
-
Flies are part of farm life. We do our best — but this is regional Australia, surrounded by hardworking farmers (including us).
