Kelgai Ann is a a highly sought after waterlilly dahlia. Bred in Australia in Bowral NSW and early 1990's and was released with the help of Highland Dahlia legend Gerard Oldfield.
It's a creamy white with a blush centre and its level of warmness can be altered with slight PH adjustments.
