Kelgai Ann is a a highly sought after waterlilly dahlia. Bred in Australia in Bowral NSW in the early 1990's and was released with the help of Highland Dahlia legend Gerard Oldfield.
It is creamy white with a blush centre and its level of warmness can be altered with slight PH adjustments.
