Those who know 'The Boys" know they like a Gin or 3! So for a while, we have been thinking about how we could bring you the perfect Gin Lovers hamper! So, here it is!
Elderflower Cordial
Our Elderflower Cordial is a refreshing syrupy drink with a delicate floral finish. Perfect for use with Soda or Lemonade. Or try Jamie's recommendation and add a swig to your next G&T! (also works in any other tipple of choice).

Our Elderflowers are handpicked from our trees on the farm, harvested early in the morning when the botanicals are at their best, and then delicately infused with lemons before being gently heated and then bottled by hand in small batches.
Mulberry Gin & Tonic Jam
If you're looking for a unique twist on traditional jam flavors, our Mulberry jam with Gin and Tonic infusion is a perfect choice to try. This delicious and flavorful jam is made by combining fresh hand-picked mulberries, and a grate of locally grown apples, and then slowly cooked with a posie of our own Gin botanicals. Just before bottling, we add a splash of tonic syrup.

Pickled Quince
Locally grown Quince pieces are stewed and then bottled before we add a botanically infused pickle, with all those gin-flavored notes, such as Cloves, Peppercorns and Juniper Berries.
Our Pickled Quince can be used to add an elevated finish to slow-cooked pork or lamb dishes and as an addition to cheese platters were it is perfectly matched with a creamy brie or camembert cheese. For a festive meal around Christmas, why not try a roast Pork roll, stuffed with our Pickled Quince pieces and then glazed with our Christmas Marmalade! Devine!
