Devon Storm is a small decorative dahlia bred in Tasmania by Charles “Charlie” Smith. Its blooms are bright and cheerful. However, it also generally believed that this is the same cultivar bred by John Rowe as Warraview Watermelon and a mix up occurred pre-release.
