'Winkie Cavalier' is a small decorative dahlia cultivar bred by the late John Menzel of South Australia. It features vibrant cerise pink blooms with subtle blue blushes and occasional white-tipped petals. The plant typically grows to a height of approximately 1.2 meters and is noted for its prolific flowering from summer through autumn, making it an excellent choice for borders, beds, or as a cut flower.
